By entering the Play for Free section of WeDigTV the Contestant becomes exempt from entering any data save those requested by advertisers and entered at the sole discretion of the Contestant. WeDigTV will not retain any Contestant information that the user has not sanctioned.

By entering the Play to Win section, the Competition, a Contestant authorises the Promoters to use, store or otherwise process any personal information that relates to and identifies the Contestant, including but not limited to telephone number, name and address to the extent reasonably necessary to enable The Promoters and or its partners or affiliates to provide services necessary to enable a Contestant to purchase and pay for Credits. Through the purchase and payment by a Contestant for Credits, The Promoters may collect information which is specific to the Contestant.
